My Purpose

Reclaiming & celebrating the female rites of passage of menarche, motherhood & menopause

YouTube video

I am a speaker, facilitator/teacher and writer specialising in the Women’s Mysteries. I am passionate about helping women and girls navigate with grace and ease through the three major life transitions of women – menarche (puberty), motherhood and menopause.

An Industrial Chemist and Computer Scientist in my early working life, I spent 10 years working in corporate organisations in tertiary education, manufacturing and the legal sector.

Becoming a mother in 1995 changed my life, and for almost 20 years I facilitated workshops such as ‘Let’s Talk Growing Up’ puberty weekends for 9-12 year old girls and their mums; and ‘Pathways into Womanhood’ programs for 13-15 year old girls and their mums (for the www.PathwaysFoundation.org.au ).

After I passed through menopause at 50 I started offering ‘The Feminine Pathway through Midlife and Menopause’ for women 35+. Also I have been a Senior Facilitator and Coach of ‘Working Parents Programmes’ for corporate working mums and dads for the organisation www.HowDoYouDoIt.com since 2006.

A spiritual seeker all my life, for several years in my fifties I undertook studies in Goddess History and Culture and was part of the organising committee of the Goddess Conference Australia held yearly in Sydney and the Central Coast.

I have lived in beautiful Bondi Beach, Sydney Australia since 1986, and have been married to Martin since 1987. I am a proud mum to Emily (1995) and Elliot (2000).  I love movies, singing solo and in choirs, dancing, reading, walking along the beach and making fabulous meals out of whatever is left in the fridge.  I hope to meet you sometime soon!
