I have facilitated several women’s circles where the attendees bring something for a lunch or morning/afternoon tea and we have an ‘Acknowledgment Ceremony’ for the Bride-To-Be as well. Each woman lights a tea-light candle and says what she loves about the Bride-To-Be and what she wishes for her in her impending marriage. It can involve female family members as well as friends or whomever you choose to invite.
A beautiful, heart-warming ritual for the bride to remember for ever…. usually about 2 hours depending on numbers.
